LICENSED MATERIAL

This notice applies to the rights held by Leetone Enterprises in the
selection, arrangement, and original contributions to the Flag & Clock
results ledger and datasets, including:

  https://flagandclock.com/data/live/*.json   (the results ledger, by round)
  https://flagandclock.com/data/*             (datasets, CSV and JSON, as published)
  factual ledger and dataset records displayed on Flag & Clock ledger,
  dataset and hub pages

Those rights are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0
International Public License (CC BY 4.0):

  https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

The license includes applicable copyright and sui generis database rights.
It permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial use, subject to its
conditions. The license is irrevocable once applied. Read the license itself
for the complete terms.

ATTRIBUTION

A reasonable attribution is:

  "Flag & Clock results ledger" by Flag & Clock (Leetone Enterprises),
  https://flagandclock.com/ledger/, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

For a dataset, name the dataset and link its page under
https://flagandclock.com/data/. When reasonably practicable, link the
specific round, dataset or changelog page used so the quoted figure remains
traceable. If you modify the licensed material, indicate that changes were
made as required by CC BY 4.0.

SOURCES AND DERIVED FIGURES

Every figure traces to a source. Results and standings are recorded from the
official timing, classification and championship documents of each series;
those underlying facts are not ours to license and remain available from
their publishers. Derived figures (gaps, swings, points arithmetic) are our
own calculations and are covered by this notice; the method is stated on the
page or in the dataset's methodology file.

TABLES UNDER A SOURCE'S LICENCE (added 2026-10-21)

Some tables under https://flagandclock.com/data/ are built from a source
whose own licence is share-alike. Those tables carry the source's licence
instead of CC BY 4.0, and say so on the page, in the JSON ("licence") and
in https://flagandclock.com/data/sources/. Today that is the Formula 1
standings, results, calendar and race-weekend hubs, built from the
Jolpica-F1 API and published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, and the WRC, WEC and
MotoGP tables, built from Wikipedia season articles and published under
CC BY-SA 4.0. Where a table names a licence, that licence governs it.

NOT COVERED

Articles, hub text, illustrations and the Flag & Clock name and marks are
not covered by this notice. They remain copyright Leetone Enterprises. Short
quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. For anything beyond that,
including republication, syndication, print, bulk feeds or use of the articles
